According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction, as of Sunday June 8th, 57,100 temporary homes had been set up in the quake zone and 23,100 were being set up, with 80,800 awaiting installation, 55,500 being transported and 65,900 to be transported from places of their manufacturers.
According to the PLA General Staff Headquarters, as of Sunday (June 8th) midnight, disaster relief workers had managed to rescue and relocate 1,383,977 people to safe areas.
According to the Ministry of Health, as of 12:00 noon June 9th, hospitals had treated a total of 95,169 people injured in the earthquake, of whom 76,554 had been treated and discharged, while 16,019 remained hospitalized. Of the injured people who had been transferred from Sichuan to other parts of China for further treatment, 9,410 remained hospitalized. A total of 675,064 injured people in the quake zone had received medical treatment.

According to the Ministry of Finance, as of midday Monday, June 9th, the government disaster relief fund for quake-stricken areas had reached 23.443 billion yuan (3.37 billion U.S. dollars). The fund included 18.909 billion yuan from the central budget and 4.534 billion yuan from the local budget.

According to the Ministry of Water Resources, as of 12:00 noon June 9th (Monday), 4,727 of 8,114 water plants damaged in the earthquake had been repaired and restored, and 47,642.5 kilometers of water supply pipelines had been damaged by the earthquake and its aftershocks, with 33,703.7 kilometers of damaged pipelines for water supply already repaired and put back into operation.
According to State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), as of midday June 9th, electricity power supply had been restored in 114 of the 135 towns and villages (in 7 counties of Sichuan Province) that suffered power outage as a result of the devastating earthquake which struck southwest China on May 12th.
According to the Ministry of Transport, by Monday noon, 32,124 kilometers of the 33,492 kilometers of damaged roads (in quake-affected Sichuan, Gansu, Shaanxi, Henan, Hubei and Yunnan provinces and Chongqing municipality) had been repaired and re-opened to traffic.
