The year of 2020 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding ofthe United Nations, and 30 years of the Chinese People's Liberation Army's participation in UN peacekeeping operations.Since 1990, the Chinese People's Liberation Army has dispatched over 40,000 peacekeepers to UN peacekeeping mission, among them 15 soldiers lost their lives. It fully demonstrates that China, as a responsible major country, is peace-loving, actively participates in UN peace affairs, and has honored its solemn commitment to maintaining world peace. Standing at a new historical starting point and guided by the vision of a community with shared future for mankind, the Chinese People's Liberation Army will continue to contribute to the maintenance of world peace.
