On 30 March, chaired by Ambassador Zhang Jun, President of the Security Council and Permanent Representative of China to the UN, and in accordance with agreed provisional procedure, the Security Council adopted unanimously with 15 votes in favour respectively the following four resolutions: resolution 2515 (2020) on extending the mandate of the Panel of Experts established pursuant to resolution 1874 (2009), resolution 2516 (2020) on extending the mandate of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNSOM), resolution 2517 (2020) on maintaining the African Union-United Nations Mission Hybrid Operation in Darfur (UNAMID) of its current troop and police ceilings, and resolution 2518 (2020) on improving safety and security of peacekeepers.
