Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan will begin the day by hosting breakfast for the Foreign Ministers of some Latin American countries. Then he will attend the high level meeting of the group of "6+2" on Afghanistan, followed by participating the ministerial meeting of the Security Council on counter-terrorism.  After that he will attend the working luncheon hosted by the Secretary-General for P5 Foreign Ministers of the Security Council. He is also scheduled to meet with acting Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom and Foreign Minister of India in the afternoon.
