Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan will deposit the instrument of accession International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombing and sign International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism. He will then attend open debate of the Security Council on Afghanistan. In the afternoon, he will meet with Secretary-General Mr. Kofi Annan and Foreign Ministers of EU Trioka.
