President Xi Jinping Appoints New Ambassadors

President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping recently announced the appointment of the following new Ambassadors based on the decisions adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress:

I. Ma Qiang was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of South Sudan, replacing Hua Ning.

II. Wang Xining was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Chad, replacing Li Jinjin.

III. Feng Biao was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Czech Republic, replacing Zhang Jianmin.

IV. Fan Kun was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Montenegro, replacing Liu Jin.
