    On March 3, Ambassador Li Baodong, Permanent Representative of China to the United Nations and President of the Security Council for March, chaired a Security Council meeting, in which the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1971, requesting the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) to withdraw its military personnel providing security for the Special Court for Sierra Leone.
